About Mike Stanko
Mike Stanko, a lifelong Long Islander, began painting and showing his unique and whimsical art work over 30 years ago. From Stanko's home in Valley Stream, to the beaches of Long Island and the world beyond, he is inspired by countless iconic images such as sunflowers, beach scenes and even grilled cheese sandwiches, and paints them with bright fields of color, all in his signature eye-catching style.
